For eligible mail-in jobs, customers send us their original ECU and compatible replacement ECU. We inspect the units and determine whether the required data can be transferred.

How the mail-in process works:

  1. Contact us with your vehicle information and ECU details.

  2. Provide the part numbers and a description of the problem.

  3. Confirm service compatibility before shipping.

  4. Ship the original and replacement modules as instructed.

  5. We inspect the modules and perform the agreed service if the job is feasible.

  6. The modules are returned using the agreed shipping method.

Turnaround time depends on the ECU type, condition, and complexity of the work. Additional shipping options may be available upon request.
